I need help with the ACT TEST.?

Well the test in in 3 days for me and yeah is their really anyway to study for it? Most of my teachers are telling me that theirs no reason to, because the questions are different every year and wont actually help. The only things the teahcers told me were to get a good nights rest and get a good breakfast and be positive and you'll be fine.

Is This True??? Kinda stressing.
